PRESS RELEASE – 06 AUGUSTS 2016

The following is a brief synopsis of some of the incidents investigated by the officers of the Larchmont Police Department during the week beginning 07/30/16and ending 08/06/16.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A Mamaroneck Village man was arrested on 8/1 and charged with operating with suspended driver license and a suspended registration after he was observed operating a vehicle on Boston Posts Rd. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on $100 bail.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A Port Chester woman was arrested on 8/2 and charged with operating with suspended driver license after she was observed driving a vehicle on Chatsworth Ave and committing a traffic infraction.  The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on her own recognizance.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A Seymour, CT man was arrested on 8/3 and charged with operating with suspended driving privileges after he was observed operating a vehicle on Chatsworth Ave and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on $200 bail.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A Manhattan man was arrested on 8/4 and charged with operating with suspended driver license after he was observed operating a vehicle on Chatsworth Ave and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on $200 bail.

LARCENY

An employee of a Addison Street business reported on 8/4 that a male subject entered her place of business and removed cash totaling $70 from a drawer.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Beach Ave resident reported on 8/5 that someone used his identity in Chicago in order to obtain cable services.
