PRESS RELEASE – 08 NOVEMBER 2014

The following is a brief synopsis of some of the incidents investigated by the officers of the Larchmont Police Department during the week beginning 11/01/14 and ending 11/08/14.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A New Rochelle man was arrested on 11/5 and charged with operating with suspended driver license after he was observed driving a vehicle on Boston Post Rd and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on his own recognizance.

LARCENY

The owner of a Boston Post Rd business reported on 11/6 that someone removed his Yamaha ATV valued at $4000 from his property.

PENAL LAW ARREST

A Mamaroneck Village man was arrested on 11/6 after he was observed operating a motor vehicle on Boston Post Rd and committing a traffic infraction.  Nicholas SPARACINO, 25, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license, Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and released on $240 bail.

PENAL LAW ARREST

A New Rochelle man was arrested on 11/7 after Larchmont Police Officers were advised of a disturbance on a Bee Line bus on Boston Post Rd.  Christopher WELCH, 37, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and released to the custody of Pelham Manor Police where he was wanted.
