PRESS RELEASE – 07 MAY 2016

The following is a brief synopsis of some of the incidents investigated by the officers of the Larchmont Police Department during the week beginning 04/30/16 and ending 05/07/16.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A New Rochelle man was arrested on 5/1 and charged with operating with a suspended driver license after he was observed driving a vehicle on Larchmont Ave and committing a traffic infraction.  The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on his own recognizance. 

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A Mamaroneck Village woman was arrested on 5/4 and charged with operating with a suspended driver license after she was observed driving a vehicle on Palmer Ave and committing a traffic infraction.  The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on his own recognizance. 

DWI ARREST

A New Rochelle man was arrested on 5/6 after he was observed sleeping in a running motor vehicle Chatsworth Ave.  Daniel VELASQUEZ, 30, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, released on $250 bail.  He was released to New Rochelle Police who wanted him for leaving the scene of an accident.
